The rising crime rate against women especially children in developing countries like India is appalling. The lethargy of law enforcement agencies have rendered otherwise tough laws redundant.

Corruption is the worst nightmare for women. Country like India has become dangerous for women, where even 4 year old girls are not safe in their own homes. Shameful for a country which worships goddesses and virgin girls.

Its 2013 going on and we say that girls are equal to boys.But is it really so?

The actual answers will vary than what our law and order shows.According to law and order a man and are women are equal sexes.But the actual scenario is totally different,women are still treated as a "lower sex" and humiliated in some manner or other.

Rising cases of killing of female foeticides,dowry deaths,rape,molestation,trafficking clearly depicts how well women are bieng taken care of and how equal treatment is bieng provided to them.

Marriages don"t last in todays time!! A man causes his wife so much pain at times in some way or the other. Is this the way how the  the girl who left her parents house to decorate someone else"s home,fulfill his dreams treated.A man who promises to love his wife,take care of her,fulfill all her needs till the end becomes so heartless that just for the sake of some money kills his wife brutally without realising that she was his life partner and it was not money that would stay lifelong but his wife who gave her everything of hers just to become a part of his life.Are girls mere objects?? no we aren"t we have our own dreams aspirations ambitions.If given a chance we would prove ourselves.

This male chauvanism is increasing day by day. Not only rural areas are under its influence but urban and suburban areas are no less,basically the whole nation is facing this problem.

As a solution to this some strict actions ought to be taken by government against culprits and participation of a common man is a must.

 There is a desperate need for Human Rights Activism which will be free of local interferences. There should be a human rights courts having a single world office where all crimes against women must be tried and punished, taking out local tampering. Since the world has become a global village, its high time we have single world bodies with representatives from all member nations.
      It is high time morally thinking people get together to stop immoral outrages against the meak. Nothing can justify such an appaling act in developing countries. However, the issue of why this is happening has always been overlooked. The reason for this is that as much as our countries guarantee that women are given equal rights as men, walking side by side to each other, unfortunately in this day and age women are still considered the 'lower sex' in authority.

      What should be noted here is that in developing countries, even if there is a law that will be brought to safeguard crimes against children and women, there is no hope in those rights being guaranteed to the citizens of that country, as in developing countries government (selfish and corrupt in most cases) is above the law and everyone else is helpless to try and change this fact.

      My personal view is that community integration is necessary. However, the line of invclusion and intrusion often gets tangled up. Although, having a central human rights court sounds like a good idea, in practice it will not work so well. 

In the end i would like to conclude by saying that a women is a sacred piece of art by god,she is the one who has the ability to give a new life,and man should remember that he is incomplete without women as she is the one who gives him mental strength and her purity enlightens a house.So she ought to be respected.
